What struck me initially was his keen knowledge of properties and there functions, but more so was his willingness to go the extra mile. My elderly mother could no longer live in her home and had to move to another community. I became responsible for selling her home and knew nothing about the Gatesville real estate market. I researched online and found Lute and chose him to sell my Mom’s home. I was initially skeptical that a real estate agent could garner such high marks from former clients; however, after meeting him and working with him a few weeks I quickly came to realize Lute is a caring real estate agent who puts the client first. I dreaded the selling process because I live 3 hours away and the thought of frequent drives exhausted me. With Lute’s expertise I never had to travel to Gatesville for the selling process. Everything was completed online which helped save me travel time and cost and allowed me to not have to take off from work. My Mom never had to leave her new home to sign paperwork because of the online options Lute arranged, and the title company came to her for the closing. How amazing is that? Lute was great at connecting me to repair people so that my Mom’s home could have necessary repairs before it sold. His insight into the housing market and patience with me in selling the home was especially helpful. He was also great at keeping me updated on what was happening with the home. Five stars to me is too minor for the amazing work Lute did for me and my family in getting my Mom’s home sold. I think a rating of “10” is more appropriate.

Lute stepped in and organized the cleanup, walked me through our options and kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to being a great realtor, he's also skilled with home repairs and was able to fix a few issues himself. He removed one of the largest bee hives I have ever seen from one of the exterior walls and fixed and dry-walled the hole afterward.
