She patiently answered every one of our questions we had about the State, the City, the divisions, and all of the houses she showed us, knowing that we flew down to the Carolinas from Texas with a very little knowledge about all that. The selection of the properties she chose to show us were matching to our budget and type of houses we showed interest in based on our prior communications with her. Overall she made it easy for us to make our decision and helped us go through the details of the contracts with the seller and the Title company all the way to the finish line.
