My experience in working with Lulu was a wonderful experience, insofar as she persevered the entire lengthy process; getting through every hurdle thrown at her, up and till the closing. I felt Lulu's level of understanding the mobile home market in and around the Santa Maria area was critical to her ultimately closing the deal. Despite the fact that all communication with Lulu was done by phone, texts and emails (since I was my sister's Power of Attorney and live in NJ and the sale was for my late sister's mobile home in California), Lulu always kept in touch with me ensuring I was communicated with at every turn. Lulu was always very personable and willing to go the extra mile, so much so that she was willing to oversee (through a third party) the estate sale of the items left behind by my sister. In closing, I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and reliable agent to run the sale of my sister's mobile home. Our home buying experience was definitely a journey and Lulu was there every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain and guide us through the steps we would be taking to begin the home buying process. One of the homes we had submitted a bid had tenants and it didn’t seem as though they would be moving out by the time we would be closing escrow, so with Lulu’s guidance we decided to continue looking. When we finally found the home that checked all the boxes, Lulu able to negotiate a few things that ended up making a big difference in helping to make it move-in ready. Lulu was very detailed and explain everything clearly. Even while we had questions she always had an answer for us. She made each and one of our viewings very easy. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. She was an amazing help and we could not be anymore thankful then what we already are. She is amazing at what she does very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to made every step of the way easy and made us feel comfortable with every decision we made. She is very honest as well.
