I have been in the real estate industry since 1999, as a student to the # 1 top producer in Northern CA. I gain insight to what is the most important aspect of the real estate business and that is you the customer. Be it a first time home buyer, or Veterans looking to settle into their first home, a family relocating ,or downsizing the desire and need are pretty much the same. I spent 15 years in the home improvement industry and learned the do's and the dont's and what to look for that many other agent may over look. Living in Wellington Florida since 2005 has given me the insight of what Palm Beach county and South Florida has to offer from equestrian, water sport, beaches and golf. As a golfer I have a vast knowledge of the golf courses and country clubs in south Florida. Knowledge is power , let me share my knowledge of what south Florida has to offer. I served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1971 so I understand the VA home loan program as well as other VA benefits. I have survived cancer 3 times so I have a clear understanding how important to be in a community close to medical facilities.

On the ball

Luis sold us this house in 2011 and sold it for us in 2021. Luis is very knowledgeable in real estate and always had our best interests in mind. He was always on the ball and went well over and above to exceed our expectations
