LUCY WATKINS

Lucy is an exceptional real estate agent. We were looking to buy a house in the Charlottesville, Virginia metropolitan area and walked into the Re-Max office on Rio Road in Charlottesville and fortunately met with Lucy. She is friendly and has a very easy going attitude. She has been in the real estate business for 30 years and is very knowledgeable and works very efficiently. We would call her a day or two before our visit from Annapolis, Maryland and ask her to show us six or eight houses each day. During the next day or two we met with her and she would have arranged appointments with all the homeowners. One day she even worked with us until 10:00 pm at night. Even at night, she was very responsive to our emails or text messages. As we were looking, she would discuss the features of each house visited. She never pressured us to buy a house and once we decided on a house she worked with the seller's real estate agent to get us help with the closing costs. She is a real pleasure to work with. We cannot say enough about her.

Lucy helped me buy my first house 7 years ago and was so helpful and patient with me! I was only 22 so had hurdles to jump through since I was young and didn't have a significant credit history. We searched for several months and she never gave up on me! Fast forward 7 years and Lucy just helped me sell that same home!
