Lu was great and I couldn't have asked for a better searching and buying experience. He was informative, honest and timely. If I had questions he was quick to respond and he ensured any concerns or questions I had during the buying process were answered. In addition, he never made me feel rushed or pressured to make decisions I wasn't ready to.
