She made every person who had there hand in the process provide excellent and efficient service to me. She answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied, each step of the way. I closed less than the normal 30 days. I also recommended her to a lot of other people because I know she will get the job done.

I can not put in to word what a great agent she is. from the time we make an offer to the closing table, she knowledgeable in all markets wheather your a first time home buyer or invester, wholesaler ect..and the diffrent program that are available, she will keep you well inform..

Lucinda is a very sweet and kind person, easy to talk to not pushy at all, also very knowledgeable on her craft and market. She is very efficient when it comes to communication because that is key in deals,(which I learned from buying my first investment property with her). I definitely will work with her again!
