Not sure where to start … Luchi has been amazing to my husband and I. We started this process by simply visiting a nearby open house from our 1st home. Buying a 3rd home wasn’t in our plans just yet. Luchi is very helpful she help me buy my 2 homes. She takes the time to provide information & details about the home, also she is always reliable when it comes to reviewing the houses no matter how difficult your schedule can be. She is very patient through the process & she understands finding a home can be difficult & a big commitment. Although after you purchase the home she is still reliable to answering phone calls & questions you may have. I highly recommend her!

We recently bought a condo with Luchi and we are extremely satisfied with her service. Actually we knew Luchi a few years ago when we leased a house with her. The owner of the house just bought it with Luchi and she helped them lease it out to us as well. It was our first time leasing a home from a private owner in the US. We were a little bit nervous actually, but we felt safer after we talked with Luchi. And it turned out to be the best leasing experience ever. Luchi and the owner, Santos, were so nice and helped us with every kind of problems we had, including pest control, a new and larger water heater, etc. And that's why Luchi was the first and only agent we called when we decided to buy a home ourselves. When we were shopping around, Luchi was very responsive. She scheduled home tours for us usually on the same day or the next day. Our budget was limited(under 650k). I bet she could make much more money showing other properties, but during the tours she always told us she was free to show more homes if we wanted to and she meant it because we never felt any pressure to make a decision immediately. During escrow, she was very cautious about every step of the transaction. She noticed a few problems about the home that I would have just ignored, and actively negotiated with the seller's agent for our benefits without our asking. When we received unusual emails, she alerted us not to sign anything without her reading them first. She was the most diligent and trustworthy agent I could have imagined. If I need anything related to real estate in the future, I will definitely call her again.
