LuAnn sold our house in 6 days!! The crazy thing was, we weren’t planning on selling our house BUT for the fact that we found our Dream Home while casually looking at houses downtown. We couldn’t afford it but LuAnn helped negotiate a crazy low price. In order to avoid making 2 house payments, we asked LuAnn to sell our old house within a month. This meant our 2700 sf, 14 yr old place of clutter and mess, with an active family of five, and little maintenance, had to be ready for an open house in under 3 weeks. LuAnn coached us through what to clean, purge, stage and repair. And ONLY because of LuAnn’s reputation in her field, we had top painters, roofers, grout specialist, carpet installers, and pressure washers all squeeze us into their busy schedule within days of my call. I would not recommend a short turn-around in selling a home, but if you think you can’t sell your well lived-in house, trust me, you can with LuAnn. Another thing that made everything run smoothly was the fact that LuAnn has her own office and staff dedicated to her clients. So the response time was always VERY short for questions, document signing, referrals, listing and showing our house, advertising on various web sites, printing flyers, and scheduling inspections. Even though her office stays busy, I felt like her only client. So parting words: Don’t let your realtor be a well-intended friend or family member. There’s too much at stake (marriage, sanity, time, money). Having LuAnn alongside us was quite frankly the BEST decision we made. LuAnn did an incredible job selling our home in Rancho Cordova. LuAnn helped us arrange for a new roof, granite countertops and helped us stage the house so that it was very attractive.
