LuAnn sold our house in 6 days!! The crazy thing was, we weren’t planning on selling our house BUT for the fact that we found our Dream Home while casually looking at houses downtown. We couldn’t afford it but LuAnn helped negotiate a crazy low price. In order to avoid making 2 house payments, we asked LuAnn to sell our old house within a month. This meant our 2700 sf, 14 yr old place of clutter and mess, with an active family of five, and little maintenance, had to be ready for an open house in under 3 weeks.
