LuAnn is seriously the best real estate agent in Sacramento. I can't thank her enough for helping me purchase my first home. She's a veteran to the game and knows her stuff. I looked at a handful of houses before purchasing my home. She is very conscious to not influence your decision when looking at homes, but when you're ready to make an offer, she is real and will tell you what you need to know in order to have an offer that stands out. The first house that I put in an offer on was accepted. She guided me to make the best offer preventing a bidding game (that won't be for everyone, but she's knowledgeable and will provide great guidance).
