In late 2023 my partner and I were planning to sell 2 condos in a 2 family in Medford but determined that with the high interest rates we might be better off renting for a year or two in the hope that rates would come down. We hired Lu to rent the 2 condos. After seeing the units, she felt confident that she could sell them for the prices we were looking for. However, we needed income to offset out mortgage so we told her to rent the 2nd floor and we would give her 3 months to sell the first floor.
