I was recently able to purchase my first home with the help of Lu. And this was no ordinary feat. It was a building that was being used as a Union meeting hall, and I wanted to use it for a live/work property for my primary residence and photography studio. Lu went above and beyond to help walk me through this process, by attending neighborhood meetings, tapping into her network of contractors to supply bids for items/areas on the property that will need fixing or modifications. Always there with the next step to accomplish, Lu kept the train moving through the zoning variances that were needed for the live/work and helping to gather letters of support from the surrounding neighbors to use in the zoning hearing. She negotiated a great rate on the building and set the sale up in a way to minimize my out of pocket. With her friendly, competent, and creative demeanor; I would highly recommend Lu to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Lu spent months helping me discover what type of home I wanted. She suggested different areas and types of homes and did not get frustrated when I had no idea what to look for. She somehow honed in on a home that I knew was perfect for me when I saw it. I love the "no pressure" attitude. Lu also has extensive knowledge for suggesting possible updates, repairs and what the resulting cost benefits might be of any project. She told me plainly when a house was a tear-down even though it meant not making a sale. All realtors are not the same, Lu is a gem.

Lu was AMAZING to work with! Her daily updates were excellent and communication was top notch. She was thorough, responsive and we always felt like we were a high priority. Her background in design and sharp eye for details came through in everything from staging to the marketing materials created for our home. I have new respect for the profession. Lu went above and beyond. SUPER RESPONSIVE, very level headed, straight shooter, has a knack for design advice that gets the place sold fast, knows our NW Denver hood because she lives in it, the full treatment, even though she didn't have to, truly cared about my life goals and stressors (timing with kiddos moving out, titlework confusion, etc.), then she acted as the messenger on some furniture sales (at all hours) to the new buyer outside of closing. Lu has a classy, graceful yet completely unpretentious way about her that seems to just glide through sticky situations. We crafted our strategy and hit our goals. She makes it seem easy -- no matter what comes up and she's far too humble. So, I'm telling everyone.
