Loye Matika

I have been working with Loye to sell my friend's condo in Boca Raton. She is in England having cancer treatment and needed someone to work with him. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A REAL ESTATE AGENT LIKE LOYE IN ALL OF MY LIFE! Saying that he went above and beyond isn't enough. He deserves to win the title of "the best real estate agent in the USA. He did everything for my friend to make this sale happen and much, much more. Selling a property in the US and having the owner be in Europe was a difficult task. I hope that he never has to go through one like this again. He never gave up with tons of paper work, e-mails to notaries in England, research etc. YOU WILL NEVER BE SORRY IF YOU USE LOYE MATIKA TO SELL OR BUY A HOME, I PROMISE.
