I am a Notary Signing Agent and I met Loukia at a Signing appointment when she was refinancing her home. I happened to mention that I was thinking about selling our 2 unit flat in San Francisco and she stated that she was a real estate agent. She gave me some ideas about how competitive the Sellers Market was in San Francisco at that time. She gave me her card and I talked to my husband about her. A few months went by and my husband and I decided to sell our flat. I gave Loukia a call and she immediately took me under her wings. We met, she came to the house and looked at our unit. She gave me a thorough education on how the process of selling is done. She has the expertise and experience of working with various professionals who specialize in making changes to our unit to maximize the beauty of our house and to stage it correctly for potential buyers. Our house was not perfect and although we had a lot of showings there were issues that prevented an immediate sale. She was always there to encourage us that the right buyer will come along and not to worry. We put the house on the market in November and several positive offers came in January. In April of 2021, the house sold at a price which we thought was excellent.
