Louise helped me through a process that was certainly foreign, given how long its been since we last needed to sell/buy. We trusted Louise completely and she lived up to that trust.

She has a sensibility of market trend, neighborhoods, buyers and sellers. Louise has the unique ability to understand all the issues with the buyer and seller in regards to finances, emotions in home ownership and selling a person's home, not just a house. It is as if she understands from experience and would never want to offend or hurt her client but always do what is best for them financially. Louise became the big sister I never had...and more than an agent but a friend. She is sincere, very real and down to earth. It was a pleasure working with her and getting to know her. I knew Louise. from our networking group. I became ill, and had to close my business. We were upside down on our mortgage from a bad re-fi that was done during the subprime loan era. Louise helped us do a short sale and got us hardship money to get us back on our feet. The process took a long time because the first buyer backed out 2 days before we were supposed to close.
