I consider myself to be a very seasoned real estate investor, and I found Louise Juracek to be one of the best realtors that I have dealt with. I started investing in real estate in Bakersfield over 30 years ago and since that time I have bought and/or sold approximately 50 properties, which have ranged in value from $15,000 to in excess of $1.5 million. During my time as a real estate investor I have had the opportunity to deal with numerous realtors, and for a period of time my wife was actually in the business. Hence, I feel well qualified to evaluate realtors and quite frankly I have dealt with many that give the business a bad name. Conversely, I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I was provided by Louise and her team. Further, the transaction in which she represented me on was problematic given the age and condition of the property.
