As with most of these other reviews, Louise and her assistant Breana did a fantastic job selling my first house turned investment property. I added a fresh coat of paint to the entire house, installed new flooring throughout the house, and finished the whole house remodel I had started years prior. The house was 100% ready to sell and it had to sell quick. For tax purposes, it was very important that the house sold and closed within about 6 weeks from the list date. Louise came up with a marketing plan and quickly executed with an open house the first weekend. We had an almost full list price offer accepted ($5k under) and the house in escrow within 4 days! Escrow and all of the paperwork came through from Louise and Breanna faster than I could fill it out and sign. They had the property closed within one month from the list date. All questions answered expeditiously, respected all of my thoughts and expectations and always steered us in the right direction. They are the best hands down!
