We were really stressed about selling our house but Louis took the time to explain everything as best as he could. He worked around our schedules and worked quickly when it came to getting the place listed. I cannot say enough good things about Louis but I would definitely recommend him if you are buying or selling a house.

As a first time home buyer I had no idea as to how to approach the home buying process, what to think, and what questions to even ask. Louis made the process more understandable and made me and my partner feel more at ease. Initially I had several requests as to what I was looking for in a home and Louis was really meticulous at finding homes that fit my requests. I also really appreciated his flexibility with my schedule and made himself available at anytime of the day. Louis is a natural when it comes to establishing rapport with people. His sense of humor, empathy, honesty, and work ethic are just several qualities that he posses that allowed us to feel comfortable with the home buying process. I am highly amazed at how he catches on to non verbals and gets a sense of what your thoughts may be when viewing a house. After a while we were not necessarily finding what we were looking for until Louis gave further recommendations about new approaches. His expertise and time within the field allowed me to take into account these recommendations which lead us to finding what we were looking for. The home in which we are living in now is a home that Louis picked out based on what we were exactly looking for and I couldn't be any happier!! Overall, Louis was a great person to work with and someone who is definitely trustworthy. His professionalism in the work that he does made this a great experience and I highly recommend him as your next realtor.

Louis was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The home buying/selling process can feel like being on a rollercoaster at times, therefore it's important to have a patient voice of reason to ease your concerns and fears. Our experience with Louis Teque was great. Looking for a home and working full time is very difficult but Louis was able to accommodate our busy schedules. From looking at houses late nights to taking his time on weekends and Sundays ( which I know personally Sunday is family day) He not only listened to my needs and my husbands but also my daughters which is very important. No stone was left unturned his mission was to find us our first home, and that he did. Going into this process we were uneasy but having a great agent by our side definitely kept me at ease.

Alright, were to start.Was browsing around literally for about a year looking for that perfect combination of a fixer upper located on a big lot, must have slid across hundreds and nothing came through that caught my eye. One night, while going over my midnight routine of running a quick check on Redfin, i see it. I literally jump and said to my wife, THIS IS IT..The next morning, i give the listing agent a call, he answers and says "this is Louis".Excited, i asked him if the house that went up last night had any offers, he mentioned that he's gotten a couple and began talking to me about it. I came clean and told him that I'm a complete newbie on all this, i warned him that i would be on his back asking lots of questions, he simply said "No problem, i got you.". We set up a open house, i toured it with my family and that was it. It's a fixer upper and Louis did everything he promised. 2 weeks go by and i get my keys. Awesome guy with a well balanced attitude.
