Working with Louis is and was great. We still communicate even after we bought our house with him. He is available whenever we have questions and was always available to show houses on our schedule. If available he would show us a house we liked same day even if it was late night so we could get a jump on putting an offer. He is tech friendly to help put an offer the same day/night. He understood the type of house we wanted and was looking for. He did not try to push any house on us that he knew we would not like. You won't be disappointed using Louis.
Working with Teque went amazingly smooth. I had a previous realtor but felt that she wasn’t putting her full effort in searching for what we were looking for. Relatives referred me to Louis, and after meeting with him and having a conversation I decided to switch agents. I first worked with Louis when I purchased my first home 3 1/2 years ago. He was always professional, straight forward, and carried himself with great integrity. Without a doubt, I worked with him again to sell that same home. My property was a late 1920s home which required some TLC.
