He let us know based on how hot the market was if a property was even worth putting an offer in based on our budget, or what loan types to avoid to get attention from the seller. We met Louie completely by accident by responding to a request for information on a Zillow listing. We totally lucked out being hooked up to him within a couple minutes. Louie is incredibly personable, professional when it's needed and laid back when it's warranted. He listened to our needs and wants and sent us listings he thought might match our goals.
