To whom it may concern. March 10, 2021 Subject: Professional recommendation for Mr. Louie Polsinelli. Mr. Polsinelli was my property manager for about seven (7) years. During this time he performed his duties and responsibilities in a professional and business-like manner. He was very helpful in decision making and planning. This was extremely beneficial as I was out-of-state and not familiar with the Florida market. Over the years, I have owned numinous properties in various states. Mr. Polsinelli is one of the best Property Managers I have encountered. He pays attention to details, follows through to make sure the tasks were completed or executed in an efficient and economical manner. In my opinion, he is fare, honest and smart.
