Louie Polsinelli has been incredible to work with. He managed my property for about three years and made having a renter as bump free as it can be. Renting out my property prior to working with him was hell on wheels. He is easy to communicate with and always returns calls quickly if he is unavailable when I reach out. He has common sense which we all know is not common and more like a super power. When I decided it was time to sell he walked me through the ins and outs of selling(I had never sold a property before). He helped me price the property well and I ended up selling for more money and quicker than I had thought possible. While much of that is market based his guidance and insight was a blessing. My only complaint is that he doesn't have a Georgia and Tennessee Realtors license as I wish I could utilize him where I reside now.

Apparently he's to busy to keep appointments. Went in a totally different direction. Will never use him again. Called him and was supposed to meet and he never called to say he would be late. Set up another time and again he failed t show. So, like I said I went in a totally different direction.
