We ran into a few issues in our closing (none his fault) and he worked non stop to get things corrected and meet our closing date. He has great knowledge of the area and the market.

Louie did so many small things that it was a big deal when you added them all up. My wife wife broke her hip when we were staging our house. During open house Louie allowed us to stay at his house so my wife could rest. He arranged his schedule around ours. His wife cooked meals for us while my wife was having difficulties getting around. He helped negotiate with the buyers agent and with the sellers agent at our new house, with many fine details that I not have thought about. He arranged the closing appointment s for us. He was in contact with them and us regularly. He even bought us a very needed item for our move. I’m sure there are many more things that he did and many of them were behind the scenes, so I am sorry I don’t remember all of them. He went above and beyond as far as I am am concerned. I dealt with other real estate agents but none as thorough as Louie.
