The Ideal Buyers Agent
As a Buyers Agent, Lou guided us in finding and purchasing our beach front condo. We had contacted three agents to assist us in identifying and obtaining a property in a tight timeline. The two other agents gave us very little attention, whereas Lou was on top of the fast changing market and kept us fully appraised of everything necessary to reach our goal. Although I myself was an agent thirty years ago, I wasn’t prepared to do this alone. The market has become complicated, and knowledge of local HOA and legal requirements are critical. Successful bidding has become an art. Handholding throughout the process gives peace of mind. Lou has become more than an agent, he has become a friend.
