Lou Sanchez was raised in San Francisco. After attending College in San Francisco, studying Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and Advertising in 1983, he married his college sweetheart, Catherine. In 1986 they decided to make Fremont, Glenmoor in the East Bay their forever home to raise a family because of the award winning schools, parks and lifestyle. With a desire to use his skills and following his passion for home restoration he began his Real Estate career in 2002. Throughout his years in Real Estate Lou has achieved Grand Master awards in outstanding residential sales and listings. He strives to help clients get the right price for every home buyer or seller.
