Lou was our broker for the sale our much loved Florida home and his understanding of how much we loved the home made selling it easier for us. Lou went out of his way to help us when we had many questions (we video called him many times and he always took our calls) His help in returning equipment as we weren't able too was really kind, he also helped get a gift for the new owner from us.
