Amazing , Professional, Experienced team of Professionals.

Lou Forges owner/broker is understanding, super responsive, effective communicator with a super staff behind him. He is resourceful, has 20+ years of experience and most of all gives back to the community. I have bought two homes from Valiant effortlessly. Thanks, Valiant for making it easy!

I’ve worked with Lou on several transactions and each time he has exceeded expectations.

As a financial advisor, I am very careful when I refer my clients to other professionals. I have referred Lou to several of my clients and he has always provided an exceptional level of service to them. I recently had the need for a real estate broker on a personal level when I was helping my mom purchase a property. He found and negotiated on a perfect condo and despite some closing issues was always looking for and defending my best interests. Definitely 5 stars.
