Just when you think you know what to expect, something new comes up, and Lou is there to explain it and offer a range of solutions. He knows how to set the price, how to make the best offer, how to choose the best person to get a mortgage or fix a garage door, and his way of communicating with other agents and everyone involved in the eventual contract smooths over potential problems before they even arise. Real estate agents are not all the same, and I would not consider working with anyone else.
