The time to sell our property in Tampa happened during a pandemic with travel restrictions but with Pia’s help we were able to do all the business remotely. Pia was very helpful throughout the entire process and kept us informed on all the details while negotiating the sale. She even helped us to have some exterior painting done. Pia was a pleasure to deal with and we are so grateful to have chosen her as our real estate agent.

Highly recommend! Pia was absolutely fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable. She consistently provided updates to our home search requirements and was always very timely (to the hour) with email and text replies. She was always reachable by phone. Once we found our dream home, we gave her a quick call and she took it from there! We had a signed contract on the home that evening. We had no worries or concerns that we would not close on this house!
