Firstly, I have been a full time agent for over a decade so being on this side of the table was a new experience for me personally. I've heard so many complaints about agents in my industry so I was skeptical about not handling my own transaction. I'm not licensed in Florida so I didn't have a choice but let me tell you first hand, Lotte and her sister Pia were AMAZING to work with from start to finish. We flew in and she showed us multiple places over the course of a few days. We developed great rapport over that visit and I felt I could trust her expertise from that initial visit. We bought a condo site unseen (which is scary for most) but I knew that I could trust Lotte's judgement and she did not miss! Pia and Lotte are knowledgeable of the area, quick to communicate, and handled our transaction professionally. We're very pleased with their service overall!
