5 Stars across the board! Lory is very knowledgeable about the process for a VA loan. As a first time home buyer she was very VERY patient and handled all my questions well. She sent me daily updates via Email as new houses within my price range hit the market. We looked at 10 houses minimum and she never tried to give me the hard sales pitch. She worked with my lender when needed. She was polite, friendly and respectful of my military service. She was knowledgeable about the northern middle Tennessee area which was the area I was looking to buy. I closed on my home on 31 May 2017. She did everything in her power to assist me with some issues I had with the seller after moving into the house. I would highly recommend her for any vets seeking to buy a home.

Lory was amazing! She was with me every step of the way and she had amazing patience. Not only was she great to work with, she is seasoned in the industry and was able to provide me with a lot of knowledge I never knew.

Had a very difficult closing due to one of the sellars. Lory and her team were brilliant and made it happen. They never gave up. We attempted to close 4 times but one of the sellars was difficult and wouldn't show to sign. Time had a deadline. The 5th and successful attempt. Was due to lory and her team negotiating. Thank you
