My house was a mess and smelled of cigarette smoke . Lorri took the listing and had a deposit on the home within twenty four hours at full asking price . Lorri made the prosses easy and helped us in so many different I can't begin to say . Thank you Lorri we love you Rose and Tom

Having to sell our apt. after living in it for 42 years, was quite emotional . However, having Miss Scholtes as our listing agent made it quite enjoyable. She was very efficient, professional, and made us feel quite comfortable. If the situation ever came up to buy another condo or house, I wouldn't hesitate in using her. T.M.

I have never met a realtor more genuinely caring. She was extremely dedicated and made sure to assist us along the entire process. I couldn’t recommend Lorri more.

"Lorri had our house sold the first day the photos went up. we contacted Lorri on a Saturday, she visited on Sunday had her photographer "Kristof" (who was very quick and professional) scheduled for Monday. we had 2 offers on Tuesday and were under contract that fast. Lorri is very honest and straight forward and if you are willing to take her guidance and advice , she will be willing to put in the work for you."

Lorri listed, managed the showings, and sold my parents home after they died. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate in taking her time to give answers to all our questions. She was readily available to our phone calls and emails.

We were extremely lucky to have Lorri as our realtor. She was always available, even if it was late at night on a weekend. For over five months she searched for our dream home and didn't stop until she got it for us. We are so pleased with our home and everything she dis for us. we recommend her to all of our family and friends. Lorri supports our veterans (and as a veteran myself, that means a lot). Thank you Lorri. We appreciate everything you did for us!

Lorri was such a gem to work with! She is so professional, responsive, thought 10 steps ahead, and is so sweet. When it came down to negotiations, she did an excellent job of getting us the best possible price. We will definitely work with her again, and recommend her to all of our friends!

I have few investment properties in FL, buying and selling every now and then having many different realtors. Lorri show what hard-working realtor can do. After some inspection related problems, she used her experience to bring trustworthy contractors to fix the issue. She told me what to improve, how to stage, and what is expected selling price. She prepared very well to sell the property resulting in closing at expected sale time and sale price. She is very professional, knowing the market and its volatility in SE FL. I can recommend her services to anyone who needs a hard-working realtor and not just a one who take a pictures add all to internet waiting someone to contact.
