She did it again. Estimating the selling price of my investment townhouse as is or investing x-amount of $$. I end up, 2nd time with her, to do a 35K upgrade before selling. She recommends contractor she knew and had earlier experience. Great find, even all challenges to get material, job was done in time. Once selling took place, she worked hard showing the place by herself, not just letting add to internet and waiting someone else to find a buyer and share the commission. Invested $$ for upgrades returned with big interest. She have earned my business repeating her selling success. She represents the quality and professionalism of good real estate agent.
