My husband contacted Lorraine via the internet. We sent her our needs and the criteria for our new home. She was very responsive and was on the ball in that she would send us homes as they were listed. We had never met her and were pretty much placing our lives in her hands. When we finally met face to face she was very professional and very personable. She showed us two houses and we decided that the area we had chosen wasn't what we wanted after all. She didn't bat any eye, she called her office canceled the other homes in the area and completely changed to a whole different area. It took 2 days and we found the home we wanted and 3 other couples wanted it as well. Lorraine submitted our offer with a letter that persuaded the sellers to choose us!!
