My husband contacted Lorraine via the internet. We sent her our needs and the criteria for our new home. She was very responsive and was on the ball in that she would send us homes as they were listed. We had never met her and were pretty much placing our lives in her hands. When we finally met face to face she was very professional and very personable. She showed us two houses and we decided that the area we had chosen wasn't what we wanted after all. She didn't bat any eye, she called her office canceled the other homes in the area and completely changed to a whole different area. It took 2 days and we found the home we wanted and 3 other couples wanted it as well. Lorraine submitted our offer with a letter that persuaded the sellers to choose us!! If you are military, please read this review! My husband and I contacted Lorraine while stationed out of state. We were interested in particular areas based off what we were reading online. Without us asking, she went to homes in those areas and took videos for us. Once we met in person, we realized we didn't actually like those areas and she immediately made new appointments in other areas. We wanted something in a safe, desirable area and Lorraine made sure we were (very important to us and we had never lived in the area to know any better). She answers her phone no matter what time I would call/text. I would recommend her to anyone moving and wanting to buy.
