Lorraine Knighton

We traveled from out of state to look at homes in a certain community in Ocala but when we got here, the listing agent wouldn't show us a house because our home was not currently under contract. (As if we would sell our house without having somewhere else to go, frustrating!) Lorraine was referred to us by a neighbor of one of the properties we looked at. She wrote an offer on one property without ever having met us! Although we didn't get that property, when we came back and looked at another, she arranged someone to show us the house (because again, the listing agent wouldn't show us the house because our current house wasn't under contract). We had her write an offer, which was accepted. Not only did she handle the sell perfectly, she offered to check on the house and take care of setting up utilities, internet, etc while we were out of state! Absolutely loved her! Couldn't have asked for a better agent to represent us. Would definitely use her again!

Lorraine began working with us, from the start of our home buying expedition. She even did a showing for us, using Facetime, while we were still in Maine. This impressed us! She was always attentive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. We can't thank her enough! We will not hesitate to refer her to anyone needing her services.

Lorraine was not the real estate person we hired to sell our home. However, she was a friend and backup for our agent. When our agent suddenly became ill and passed away, we hired Lorraine to take it over. Things were slow at first, but Lorraine made some changes and we finally started getting showings for our 20 acre farm. Lorraine went above and beyond to make this sale happen! We did have a couple of snags along the way. She even took my last old chicken to care for at her house since I could not bring her to my new place!

During this time of fast selling homes, Lorraine stayed right on top of things in our desired area and found us a home that we loved! She was always available to us: phone, text, or email. I ended up in the hospital for a few days when the home we bought went on the market. My husband and Lorraine went to look at it. Throughout the showing, they took many pictures to share with me. I trusted her enough to make an offer without personally seeing the house!

After a bad experience with our first realtor, Lorraine was highly recommended to us. Being over a thousand miles, she was our eyes and ears! Every day she would scout the new listings and send us all the info on properties she knew we would be interested in. On the ones we chose, she would go there and FaceTime with us the property inside and out. She answered any questions and highlighted the details. She gave us her expertise on the pricing as well. She exceeded our expectations in every way. We are extremely happy with our new home and highly recommended Lorraine!!!

She worked around our schedule which was a huge plus. She did not stop until we found the right home. We looked at I don't know how many homes together. She was patient and kind thought the whole process. There was some bumps in the road but she kept working with us un til the end. I could not be more thankful for her and the expirance that she provided.
