Lorna made the whole process of buying our house so easy and fun! She negotiated with the seller and gave us a lot of extra information and care. She really went above and beyond for us in so many ways, we would recommend her to anyone who wants the stress taken out of what should be a joyful time in your life.

We bought our first home with Lorna Cornett and we couldn't have hoped for a better realtor. Not only did she offer us sound advice and guidance throughout the home-buying process, she is also a lovely, warm and kind person and it was a joy to work with her. She was endless patient and worked hard to fulfill some of our more unusual requests. She helped us find an excellent location that fit the needs of our whole family as well as helping us clarify what our needs were and what was important to us. She negotiated well for us and answered all of the questions we had quickly, even after closing. She knows the area well and I felt she put our interests first. I wouldn't use another realtor if we need to buy or sell again, I'd use her every time.

Lorna guided us first time buyers every step of the way. She spent as much time with us as we needed answering questions, asking questions, she made buying our first home the best experience we could ask for. We were incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful agent!

Lorna is a very intelligent and detailed oriented real estate agent. She exceeded our expectations and was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her approach to the sale of our home. We encountered several obstacles during the entire process but Lorna remained optimistic and as a result kept us optimistic. I would definitely encourage anyone selling a home out there to not settle for any real estate agent. If we would have settled, we would still be attempting to sell our home. As far as I am concerned, Lorna is in the top tier of her profession.

Lorna sold our house in less than a day, can't get much better than that. She was huge help and sitting up the house and advertising our home. and was always available to assist us with any question we had.

Lorna worked very hard to help us through a difficult sale and purchase deal. She not only helped us to get through the specifics of the transaction but she was a shoulder to lean on when things looked like they may not work out in the end. I would definitely recommend Lorna to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
