Not only did she offer us sound advice and guidance throughout the home-buying process, she is also a lovely, warm and kind person and it was a joy to work with her. She was endless patient and worked hard to fulfill some of our more unusual requests. She helped us find an excellent location that fit the needs of our whole family as well as helping us clarify what our needs were and what was important to us. She negotiated well for us and answered all of the questions we had quickly, even after closing. She knows the area well and I felt she put our interests first. I wouldn't use another realtor if we need to buy or sell again, I'd use her every time.

Lorna is a very intelligent and detailed oriented real estate agent. She exceeded our expectations and was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her approach to the sale of our home. We encountered several obstacles during the entire process but Lorna remained optimistic and as a result kept us optimistic. I would definitely encourage anyone selling a home out there to not settle for any real estate agent. If we would have settled, we would still be attempting to sell our home.
