My father passed away suddenly in June of this year (2023). I had been appointed as the Trustee for his estate which included his home in Westwood, CA. We hired Lorin to sell the home for us. She met more than once with me and my brothers about the sale and the best way to move forward as issues arose. She kept everyone in the loop at all times, so we were all operating on the same page. She had to deal with 5 of us, all with different personalities and needs and priorities about the sale, but she handled it like a true professional and let all of us know that she was there for us, and would listen to our requests and questions no matter how trivial they were. She also helped me with some of the more complicated aspects of being the Trustee and clearly explained to me the answers to the questions I had about that role and the related documents I was reviewing and signing (which seemed complicated, to me). We were lucky enough to meet Lorin and Robin at an open house a few years back and connected immediately. I can say without hesitation that Lorin and her team stand head and shoulders above the crowd. Lorin, Robin, and Erica are a dream team. They know the market, the players, the process.
