Don't even know where to begin! We were lucky enough to find Lorie when we were looking to purchase our first home. And even more fortunate to work with Lorie 9 years later when decided to sell that home to move across the country. Lorie is absolutely amazing!

She helped us buy an amazing cabin, within our budget and at an amazing price, in a location that we love in the Al Tahoe neighborhood. We worked with Lorie in 2020 (during covid-19), around the birth of our baby, and at a time when the Tahoe market was particularly hot and there were few listings within our price range. Lorie helped us navigate this seller's market with a high degree of professionalism. Lorie is very personable, and we felt well taken care of as clients. She was out on the look for listings, and found some that didn't appear on redfin or zillow and that we would have missed had it not been for her. She respected our desire to take a break from cabin hunting right after our daughter's birth. When we were ready to restart the process, Lorie was extremely quick and responsive. She toured properties virtually for us, sharing photos and videos and giving us her most honest opinion. She was quick to prepare all the necessary documents, and we felt good about her speed of going through the process. Lorie is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the South Lake Tahoe market, both the city proper and the surrounding county area. She explained to us all of the complicated regulations around both the lake environmental agency and their requirements and the city's accessory dwelling unit/rental regulations (we were interested in an ADU). Where Lorie didn't know the answers, she knew who to connect us with and we always felt that we had our questions answered quickly. Additionally, Lorie went above and beyond to find documentation on the properties, from historical files to permits. In summary, we felt that Lorie was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fair, communicated well and made the entire process seem fun and like a breeze, even at a time when South Lake Tahoe was a very hot market. We would work again with her in a heartbeat!
