When we decided to sell our home, our son gave us Lori's name and contact info. She was a blessing from the start. After living in this home for 32 years and raising two children here, one could only imagine how much stuff we collected. Lori came over one day a week for several weeks and helped me clean out one side of the basement. This was before the virus shut everything down. She took two whole carloads to the donation center. The sale was pending but the young couple noticed some fine cracks in the mortar joints of a foundation wall. Their agent informed Lori that they were concerned about the wall collapsing and insisted on a professional inspection. Lori called us and immediately gave us the name of a structural engineer. He came out the very next day to check it in the presence of the buyers and assured them that it was nothing serious. Then they wanted to pay much less than what we were asking but Lori persisted in keeping them interested till until all of us were in agreement on the sale price. I definitely would recommend Lori to anyone planning to sell real estate.

Lori did her research for weeks in helping me find the perfect house to turn into a home. Lori had the home inspections and radon and pest detection tests scheduled in no time at all and we were closing and moving in to our new home before we knew it.
