Lori helped me sell my parents' house in Heritage Eagle Bend after my father passed away. The house had been somewhat neglected in my parents' later years, so there was a lot of work to be done to get it ready for market. Not only did Lori have a list of vetted contractors, she actually engaged and directed some of them so all I had to do was write a check. I also appreciated her flexibility in market timing as we worked to clear out and prep the house. I never felt like she rushing me to get it done: we wanted to get the house ready for market, but didn't sweat it when the process took a few weeks longer than originally planned. Finally, her connections in the community made the sale fast and easy. She assured me that she had a number of prospective buyers lined up and, sure enough, we had a nice cash offer shortly before we were planning to list it. My 5-star rating doesn't begin to describe the level of support she provided during a difficult time. I can't imagine anyone doing more than she did. For that, I'm deeply grateful.
