Like my older sister taking care of us...

Lori first sold a home to our daughter. That was such a successful transaction that our daughter told us about Lori. Upon calling her, we immediately were struck with her professionalism. She quickly communicated the "lay of the land" and forwarded to us several listings for our consideration. Because ours was a contingent sale and purchase, we had to proceed carefully and patiently. These traits she exhibited to both us and potential sellers. As a result we didn't get ahead of ourselves and into a bind. And patiently we viewed dozens of houses over a four month period. Ultimately we narrowed our search to four homes, any of which could work for us. Then we focused on selling our existing home. That idea was accepted by the seller and eventually turned out to be best for all parties involved. Our home sold and closed on the same day we closed on the contingency home here in Lake Ashton. Lori was there for us like a watchful older sister each step of the way. Her skills resulted in a great savings for our price offered and repairs made before we closed. We could not have been more satisfied with an agent as she also coordinated with our listing agency in Indiana to ensure a seamless sale at both ends. You can't expect more than that... And Lori delivered! She was detail oriented and the best Real Estate agent we have ever had in our many home sales and purchases!
