Sale below listing price!!!!!

We had 13 showings on the house in almost one year but no offers were made. The house was clean and in good shape. Finally Lori had a showing and received an offer well below the listing price. Aggravated, frustrated and depressed we decided to accept the offer. We lost big but are pleased to have it sold. Lori tried hard for us and we appreciate her hard work and determination.
