We sold and bought homes in tri-valley area through Lori in ~4 months and throughout that period we felt very comfortable talking to her about our requirements. We never felt pressured to make a decision we were not ready for. She also has a large network of people that helped us out during and post the buying process [handyman, stager, gardener, structural engineer etc.] Overall, we felt she was trustworthy, hardworking and joy to work with.

Lori provided exceptional service. Her knowledge of the market we were searching for a home in was excellent and she was able to direct us to the best streets in the area. She listened to our needs, and performed video home visits for us when we v could not leave work. This allowed us to see many more homes without a lot of travel or missed work. Lori also provided clear timelines regarding inspections and closing. Even after the sake, Lori has been available for questions about the area or to contact the prior owners with technical questions. Working with Lori has been a wonderful home buying experience.

I was so fortunate to have found Lori to handle the sale of my home. I had owned it for over 30 years so I had no idea how the current real estate market works. After interviewing several agents it was clear that Lori was by far the best choice. She had answers for all of my questions (good answers!) and a wealth of additional information. The whole team she works with is exceptional. Each person has an expertise that adds to the whole package. I got suggestions of improvements I could make that would optimize the sale, as well as repairs that we’re pretty much essential. And each item came with an estimated cost. Since I live in Southern California it was important that my house be in trustworthy hands and Lori had just those hands. I could say that the sale itself was a snap, but actually it wasn’t.
