We went through a number of realators when we were trying to sell our house. We had a very good appraisal on our house which was a one of a kind construction. Almost without exception, the first suggestion from other realators was to disregard the appraised value and lowball the purchase price for a quick sale. Lori used the appraisal to our advantage as a selling aspect. Moreover, Lori knew the many facts and nuances about our home, that had a most interesting history to match its unique character. Rarly did she have to contact me for an answer to a buyer's question. She was spot on and could handle the ruff and gruff men with grace and finess, who sought to run roughshod over her and the process! I can't say enough about Lori and her talents! I will be using her to locate my next house!
