Lori used the appraisal to our advantage as a selling aspect. Moreover, Lori knew the many facts and nuances about our home, that had a most interesting history to match its unique character. Rarly did she have to contact me for an answer to a buyer's question. She was spot on and could handle the ruff and gruff men with grace and finess, who sought to run roughshod over her and the process! I can't say enough about Lori and her talents! I will be using her to locate my next house!
