She is the best person to go to.. you never feel rushed, always feel heard and you can tell she has a lot of experience. She has a very human and professional way. She will also be reachable after you purchased you home :)

I was a first-time home-buyer and am so thankful for having Lori make an otherwise overwhelming process feel so easy. Our first meeting together she walked me through the steps we'd be taking and did an excellent job setting up realistic expectations. She understood my wants/needs better than I did honestly, and helped me make the right choice. At one point, I was leaning towards offering on a house and Lori so kindly helped me understand the red flags with the listing and why the location may leave me unhappy in the long term. Being a first time homebuyer, the process can seem so intimidating especially in a particularly rough market. We are beyond grateful Lori was recommended to us, she made the process so easy and broke it down for us in terms we could understand and really took a lot of time with us and made sure that we were in the loop every step of the way. Lori has excellent communication, and has so much knowledge that helped us be competitive in a tough market. She was flexible with us and easy to work with. Even when things were so hectic and we began to get discouraged, Lori remained positive and helped us push through. Lori also has the best recommendations for others in the business (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc) that were amazing to work with as well. I still can't believe how smooth the process was, all possible because of Lori's help. I cannot recommend Lori enough, especially if this is your first homebuying experience. We could not have done this without her!
Lori was incredible every step of the process! She was able to accommodate me even though I was out of town during part of the escrow process. She was super knowledgeable and relieved my anxiety as a first time home buyer.
