We were expecting the search for a home to take months. But, with Lori’s guidance, we found a home straight out of a fairy tale the first weekend of looking. We put together a really solid offer, but we happened to be outbid by the smallest of margins. This is where Lori’s experience really played in. She made us memorable by giving the sellers and their agent a sense of who we are as people and about how we have a child and wanted to stay in whatever home we ended up buying for the long haul and we’re willing to put the time and effort into caring for a historic home the way it deserved. The first offer fell through for reasons that are entirely responsibility of the person making that offer. The sellers remembered the picture that Lori had painted for them of our family and had their agent call Lori immediately. If not for Lori’s experience and ability to predict what parts of our personalities the sellers would find appealing, as well as her commitment to getting us the house of our dreams, we may very well still be in the market.

She is the best person to go to.. you never feel rushed, always feel heard and you can tell she has a lot of experience. She has a very human and professional way. I was a first-time home-buyer and am so thankful for having Lori make an otherwise overwhelming process feel so easy. Our first meeting together she walked me through the steps we'd be taking and did an excellent job setting up realistic expectations. She understood my wants/needs better than I did honestly, and helped me make the right choice. At one point, I was leaning towards offering on a house and Lori so kindly helped me understand the red flags with the listing and why the location may leave me unhappy in the long term. In the end, it took only 13 days from our first meeting to me having an offer accepted on the most perfect home, and I'd attribute this to Lori's strong support. Could not be happier!
Being a first time homebuyer, the process can seem so intimidating especially in a particularly rough market. We are beyond grateful Lori was recommended to us, she made the process so easy and broke it down for us in terms we could understand and really took a lot of time with us and made sure that we were in the loop every step of the way. Lori has excellent communication, and has so much knowledge that helped us be competitive in a tough market. She was flexible with us and easy to work with. Even when things were so hectic and we began to get discouraged, Lori remained positive and helped us push through. Lori also has the best recommendations for others in the business (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc) that were amazing to work with as well. I still can't believe how smooth the process was, all possible because of Lori's help. I cannot recommend Lori enough, especially if this is your first homebuying experience. We could not have done this without her!
Lori was incredible every step of the process! She was able to accommodate me even though I was out of town during part of the escrow process. She was super knowledgeable and relieved my anxiety as a first time home buyer. Two of my family members were closing on houses the same time as me and their experiences with their realtors was not nearly as positive. I cannot recommend her enough
